Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

When it comes to eating salad, I want my dressing to be special, not too greasy, and tasty. That way I can enjoy my daily vegetable portion with ease and happiness. I like this recipe given by a friend. And I add a sprinkle of roasted sesame seeds on top so it’s more fragrant.

 

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

3/4 cup Olive Oil

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper

2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Refrigerate. You can keep it for several weeks.

Toss in your favorite vegetables:

1 cup of small tomatoes

1/2 big onion

Basil leaves

Cilantro leaves

and …voila!!!
